Xbox Releases an AI-Based Chatbot for Better Customer Service

Microsoft is making strides in using Artificial Intelligence (AI) by introducing an AI chatbot in its Xbox support system. Dubbed the ‘Support Virtual Agent’ the functionality can be found on the Xbox console and the Xbox application on mobile and windows devices. Microsoft has incorporated the assistant to provide users with Xbox support services in a faster efficient manner.

Effective and Engaging AI Support Solutions

The virtual agent, which has been crafted as a lively orb echoing the color schemes of an Xbox system, indulges supports the user in his or her queries. Still in development, as cited by The Verge, the AI helper concerns speech recognition components, meaning the user could even make requests with wrong spellings of the words, courtesy of Microsoft’s Copilot technology.
